Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of this website and transfer service requests offered by RDM Transfers.

1. Bookings and confirmation

Requests made through the website or WhatsApp are subject to availability and prior confirmation by RDM Transfers.

2. Rates

The quoted and accepted rate is the final rate, except for later changes, extra stops, additional waiting time or route modifications.

3. Passenger information

The passenger is responsible for correctly providing date, time, flight number, pickup location, destination, passengers and luggage.

4. Delayed flights

RDM Transfers may track flights provided by the passenger, but the service must be previously confirmed.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be reported as early as possible. Late cancellations or services already started may generate charges.

6. Luggage and vehicle

The assigned vehicle depends on the declared number of passengers and luggage. If the information does not match, a different vehicle or rate adjustment may be required.

7. Liability

RDM Transfers aims to provide a punctual and professional service, but is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, force majeure or incorrect passenger information.
